Services
Emotional health is the ability to anticipate, understand, and deal with all feelings and then to minimize unhealthy patterns.
During our sessions and consultations, we’ll access the insight, awareness and understanding needed to develop intentionality, better decision making, coping strategies and overall psychological health for your or your teen. We will identify and understand unhelpful thought patterns and external stressors so that you (or your child) can tune into what is right for you and cope effectively. The goal is be to feel more connected, encourage healing, manage challenges, understand how previous experiences are impacting things now, and enrich your whole self.

Insurance: At the moment I do not accept insurance in my practice, as I am not a part of any networks. However, your insurance company may offer some reimbursement for out-of-network services, and I am able to provide you with documentation you can submit to your insurance company. I will help you understand your insurance benefits as best I can to maximize your reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses.
